That's if 5nm will ever come to fruition and the same goes for 7nm ...
If 13.5nm EUVL doesn't ever become a reality moore's law may die as soon as 2017 with 10nm as it'll simply cost too much to go octuple patterning. If anyone's going to bet quantum computing as the get out of jail for free card then they will have to come to a serious realization that that it won't improve performance on a lot of conventional applications later on as only a few routines will benefit such as shor's algorithm but games and everything else are an entirely different story.
