Yup, Will chime in with the other: Persona 4 Golden.
Besides that there is FF X, one of the most time consuming FF's if you try to 100% it with some really difficult fights.
And the Vita really shines for your situation. Just hit power button anytime, even in cutscenes etc. Then when you got time to continue just wake it up again.
