It depends on what you want. You're also talking about different features on your list. Also, I wouldn't spend more than 1,500 on a tv honestly.
Here are the main types of TVs though.
Basically. LCD, LED, IPS, and Plasma are the main ways for backlighting a monitor, and how the display works. Plasma is kind of pointless at this point, so don't go with that.
LCD, Is old and outdated. Don't go with that.
LED and IPS are the two main contenders. My brother's IPS has amazing colors and viewing angle. I'm not sure if they make tvs though. I've only seen IPS monitors at least. So, I would go with LED or IPS.
For resolution, it depends on what you're doing. If it's just viewing tv. Maybe go for a 1080p smart tv. You can do 4k if you want, the only problem is that games are basically the only thing to actually use 4k at this point.
If you have a nice high end GPU, and you want this for gaming, I'd recommend the new samsung 28" 4k monitor. I just got it a few weeks ago, and I'm very happy with my purchase. Also, 4K is approximately 4 times the resolution of 1080p.
