60 is definitely playable, but its not ideal

lol, Unless you have a lot of adrenaline running through you and you are very actively alert, you will not notice more than 60 FPS and that is even if you notice that. yeah, 30 to 60 is noticable but overall, doesn't make that much of a difference.
