Costa Rica will be much higher than their current ranking of 28. Possibly top 15 if they make Quarter Finals. Who would have thought that a small team like Costa Rica would beat two World Champion teams and knock out England without playing them. Costa Rica can lose their final match and still finish top spot. R16 match against Ivory Coast.
