60 is definitely playable, but its not ideal

Dips in the 20s don't really bother me either. GTAV for example had very frequent dips and were fine.

Games that run like Shadow of the Colossus (PS2), Killzone (PS2), Mass Effect (360) and Two Worlds (360) is where I draw the line.

Never played Killzone on PS2 but the Shadow of the Colossus HD collection on PS3 didn't have any bad framerate that I can remember. Did they fix it in the HD collection?
