Japan to criminalize possession of child porn – but will exempt videogames!

Gay, bi, pedophilia, whatever. You should be able to enjoy what you want as long as you don't rape someone, or support rape in any way. So whats the harm here? Should we ban every shooter because killing is bad? It's pretty much the same situation.
