Sony: Square (relationship)
Nintendo: Sega
Microsoft: Activision or at least Blizzard :) (because I love them!)

so approximately 700 million for 51% of shares. Still way past 300 million though.

Title says "Aquired" which implys an total aquisition but yah 700M would be enough to control :)
