None of these companies have the capital to buy Capcom. It would cost in excess of $1B in order to complete the takeover.

To put this in perspective when Sega acquired Atlus is cost them $140M.

I think it is unlikely for Sony to acquire them as they are currently restructuring in order to become profitable. Whilst Capcom would be a boon to their PlayStation business, Capcom in itself is not a very profitable company and would need significant restructuring.

It makes way more sense for Nintendo to acquire them, they are a dedicated games company and a lot of Capcom's IP fit well on Nintendo platforms. Nintendo have experimented with this in the past, they signed an exclusive deal with Capcom during the Gamecube era but these failed to turn around the console.

Microsoft acquired Rare for $375 million and have so far not really seen the benefits from it. The studio have struggled or their titles have been ignored. Whilst the acquisition might boost the Xbox brand in Japan, their conservative approach towards the Japanese market with the Xbox One suggests that is not their priority.

If Amazon were to acquire them it would be a real statement of intent.  Amazon have been slowly buying up games studios and this acquisition would secure the rights to the AAA titles Amazon would require in order to launch a console.
