most of it is. If you look at the shovelware / casual games sales comapred to core gamer sales there is a huge difference. That corwd is long gone so inscreasing Wii U hardware base isn't going to suddenly make Ubisoft core games sell so much better to justify them staying on WIi U.  In all honesty I think Ubisoft would be expecting minimum 1million sales per game to justify releasing on the system.
