CD Projekt Red is a PC developer. To them the difference between X1 and PS4 is "slightly more powerful"

These are guys that are developing for Titan Blacks and 780ti's. Card that crush the X1 and PS4's GPU's combined. To them the consoles are firmly in the same tier of power with 1 slightly outperforming the other.

Hmmm i still think they are playing nice here for MS and for their own sake. As developers they know precisely what the difference is in power and how it relates to what is achievable in the game. What cuts they need to make to get some sort of parity etc.

They are looking to expand on to consoles to the point where its likely that their consoles sales will be greater than their PC sales. For them to say more than what they have said would be foolish imo.
