Two words: Parity Clause.

It would be good if people actually knew what the parity clause is instead of making baseless comments.  The parity clause involves CONTENT not graphical or performance features.  

Whats funny about this is that it doesnt even involve content anymore.  That was their clause for the last generation.  Now, the parity clause only exists in the id@xbox program and it is only about release timing.  That is that the game has to release at the same time on xbox or on xbox first.  Has nothing to do with content or graphics anymore...
