The ports being referred to are from PS3/360, not PS4/Xbone.

Other than EA's games which were done intentionally to spite Nintendo for not signing away their network service to Origin, were they really half-assed?  The Wii U got superior versions of Arkham City, Darksiders 2, COD BLOPSII & Ghosts than their PS360 counterparts, and pretty much every other major 3rd party release was on par with PS360 versions.

Arkham Origins and Splinter Cell Blacklist were missing modes and ran like shit, Resident Evil Revelations chugged like a 1920s silent film despite being designed for a CPU and GPU vastly weaker than Wii U's, Darksiders 2 was actually a shoddy port all around from what I've heard, and of all the third party ports on the system only two bothered to use Wii U's extra RAM for higher resolution textures and detail.

from what you've heard? did you actually play these games or are you just saying something some other fan said in order to justify the games flopping. Ive havnet heard anything bad about Darksiders 2. RE Revelations didnt perform worse on WIi U than any other console version, but didnt stop the PS3 version from selling much more. Ill give you Splinter Cell. Arkham Origins, yeah because people really cared for MP on that game, and even then it was still cheaper so that offsets your missing mode right there. Fact is MOST of the ports are at the very least decent.
