This here is pretty much being overlooked by everyone. It isn't a feature that Sony or Nintendo couldn't do with their current consoles. And more than that, people are thinking that cloud processing will improve graphics for X1. MS cloud infrastructure is Windows Azure. It was created and oriented to processing, clusters, high-availability storage and databases, but no graphics processing. Just hosting dedicated servers there isn't a revolution. I could create a game for PS4 and host servers on Azure.
And the fun fact is that the only one of the 3 doing rendering on cloud is Sony using PS Now.
