Phil Spencer: DirectX 12 Not a “Massive Change” For Xbox One

Thank God someone is actually being honest about this whole DX12 matter!!  According to what they showed of DX12, it is designed to help out with CPU optimization more than anything else, which means that its not really going to make that much of a difference to the graphics/resolution of games.
