This is why I don't even bother with the EU/Rest of World numbers on here.
Only the manufacturers and publishers know what the current market is like in Europe for all the systems. There could be 3 digit % over/under tracking on all of them as there is absolutely nothing bar PR announcements to provide any accurate figures.
