@Coolestguy: LA Noire and the Getaway 3 have a very slim chance of making it out this year, so I wouldn't bother listing them.
Tekken 6 should be making it out this year, however, and will probably sell better than both. :P
And WarDevil seems to still be on track for this year according to PSU (with a possible delay to early '09), and I think that looks far more interesting than either the Getaway or LA Noire.
