Nintendo should buy, There are so many oppertunities for them and they blow them. Like Atlus, THQ and if they miss capcom, then yeah, Capcom. Nintendo could have easily bought the other two and it can do the same with Capcom. They won't need 3rd parties if they did this because they'd have more than enough. Plus with Monster Hunter Ace Attorney, they'd be stupid not to buy them as those have been HUGE on their systems... HUGE!!! Then also they'd created a proper mega man.
