Sounds as shitty as a nintendo policies on game videos.

and what exactly is shitty with Nintendos video game policies?  What out of place reply that was.....

Makes as much sense as saying "Sounds as shitty as Vita needing memory cards even tho its games are not disk based anymore"

Since you ask.

Vita needs cheaper ones that is for sure,

http://business.financialpost.com/2014/05/27/nintendo-announces-new-youtube-affiliate-program-focused-on-getting-ad-revenue-from-fan-videos/

Get approved by nintendo to do reviews. That is bullshit shitty.

No you can make reviews etc. you are just not supposed to be a dumb parasite which is not the case when you actually offer quality content (something of value) because you will be accepted as a partner. Even if you review Zelda and give it a 7/10 Nintendo wont kick you out.

But since Nintendo can obviously not know every single person that does reviews and can even less differentiate between stuff like gamexplain vs 12 year old idiot playing games  this program seperates the wheat from the chaff.  TBH The less useless shit is on youtube the better.

I want to see lets watchers etc.  stream 2h of a hollywood movie with using the bluray's menu etc (remote control input can be compared to controller input on a console) and nonsensical voice overs without geting in trouble. Hollywood will make their youtube accounts go the way of the dodo or sue them.

I am 100% pro youtube program and 100% against people getting money without doing much. I mean I can make a small logo and intro in photoshop/sony vegas within 5 minutes and then I can play my games but that doesnt make me entitled to any kind of profit.

If you do something that has value  like gamexplain / the bitblock etc. becoming a partner is easy. If everything you do is playing games without quality content well your problem. There is still some good lets players out there but 90% are redundant. Quality lets players and speed runners and reviewers will become partners easily so I see no problem at all.

But enough of that thats off-topic.

Still a dick move by MS.

Can't even believe what im reading. This is literally the first time i have come across a gamer who is in support of Nintendo's youtube policy.

People who do lets plays DO NOT get paid for not doing much. The only way you get paid is if people actually watch you. And to top it off they really dont get much. You have to have a serious amount of subscribers and regular viewers to make a decent amount of money.

The Youtube program from Nintendo is petty. They are taking a cut from add revenue from the people who supported them and freely advertise their games. Its a low move and a big slap in the face to their fans.

Also do you really think Nintendo will let you be a partner if you are critical of their games while playing it? You dont see any problem with this especially effecting the impartiality of the youtuber?
