If he violated a contract and the terms of the contract allow Microsoft to remove him from the program then it's fair.

To resolve the problem he's referring to, isn't complicated.

You go into the Disk Management, delete the partition, create a new one, then format the disk.

WOW!!! That was difficult. How can people manage that much effort? It's WAY too complicated.

My guess is Microsoft deliberated what they could or should do, and they decided they had the right option.

It's a stupid thing to ban one of the rare German Xbox customers for.

And having to reformat your hard drive every time you go from xb1 to PC and back is NOT practical at ALL

Why would you want to keep taking it backwards and forwards?

Are you serious? For someone with a large external they might want to store their pics/videos/music/documents in a way that they can plug into their PC as needed but also use in their Xbox.

Are you?

You fail to understand that an Xbox One owner would have access to OneDrive.  Where images, documents, and videos can be stored.  Access to Xbox Music, where music can be uploaded.

You also assume one can't partition the drive into two partitions.  One compatible with the Xbox One and the other compatible with the PC.

You also assume that an Xbox One owner can't, already, use DNLA to stream content from their Macs/PC to the Xbox One.

Finally, he wasn't banned from Xbox Live.  He was removed from the Preview Program.

So, again.  I ask, are you serious?  Or are you just unaware of what is and isn't possible already with the Xbox One?

You can't be serious. Skydrive is too small unless you want to pay a bunch of money, it's limited by your internet speed, and isn't compatible with all devices.yyou just wrote a gigantic post that reads like a Microsoft PR piece. I have many Microsoft and windows products. That does NOT mean I want an external drive to effectively become only usable on an Xbox unless I reformat it. That's just asinine. And ditto ps4 if they pull that crap there.
