I really wasn't expecting Paper Mario as they've had so much Mario as it is. Maybe next year and I hope it goes back to the real RPG roots. Either that or a new Mario RPG game for the Wii U in the similar style or context to what Super Mario RPG was. Zelda... I really wasn't too sure on what was going to be shown. We were told we'd know more by E3 but that was it so I wasn't expecting to see that much.

But I will say, Mario Maker did make me very happy and the fact that we can share our levels and such is great. I just hope they add it so that we can do Underground levels, water levels, and Castle levels at least. Sky and desert levels would be nice but if the game is mostly based off the NES, then hopefully we get the most common from there.

Splatoon did intrigue me. I am not a huge shooter fan, there are some I like but in general, a lot of then tend to bore me but this one looked quite fun and to be honest, bit more innovative strategy wise than your typical modern shooter now.
