 1) It is not a company of MS or Sony it is not their choice...What can those two say against it?

 2) They will make games for it (the company itself) and probably third party games like Rayman Rabbits 2 will be playable with it. It will be good for developpers like Ubisofts RR2 who probably sell more games with it.
