It's more likely that it will simply be the PC version running on PS4/X1, so it wouldn't be an upgrade for the current PC version. And the game looks pretty neat on PC already.

Since they are going to the effort of re releasing it on PC (the retailer does list a PC version along side the others) I have to imagine there must be some extra bells and whistles to go along with this release. Maybe even some new content.

 

Oh, didn't knew they would re release on PC too. In that case at least some extra content will surelly be included this time.
