If they don't beat Chili next match, they are probably out assuming Chili beats Australia tonight. Especially with the -4 goal difference now.
If Chili wins, the Netherlands beats Australia (both very likely) and Spain and Chili draw, the Netherlands and Chili can just play for a draw in their last match to continue. Netherlands 7 points, Chili 5 and Spain 4.
