Ridiculous. Unless a ref has numerous Champion League and Europa League games under his belt, he shouldn't even be allowed to carry the lightboard with numbers of substituted players there. Seriously, ref from outside of Europe are a disgrace. The Japanese yesterday, these dudes today, the refs from Ecuador a few years back that kicked Italy out of the tournament cause they were supporting South Korea. This is just ridiculous.
