Microsoft- Make new IPs and not more Fable, Halo, Gears, and Forza. I would revamp their dashboard. I can't stand what we currently have.
Sony- I would do all my power to encourage developers to make Vita games.
Nintendo- New IPs here as well but I would make a new in-house team to make exclusively mature titles. I would make a better online network and make a cross buy system between 3DS, Wii U, and all future consoles.
Overall I think all 3 are doing great things. Microsoft has made all the right turns after their misteps with the XB1, Sony learned its lessons with the PS3, and Nintendo has a slew of great new games on the horizon that doesn't include Mario.
