We don't have anything similar that I've seen in Ireland. Some individual shops do financing deals, but they generally have interest rates about 20-25% per annum. Some places do give you about 6 months to pay the balance though, so I suppose if you paid €100 up front and then €50 per month, that might be possible here.

Yes, the PS4 is 399 € here (although some stores sell it for a little less, ofc).
