It's not an asnwer to his question though.

because he needs me to demonstrate that any PC/PS4 multiplat game can run at 4K+ with 60 fps on PC...

PC's are stronger, we know that. But which game looks better than what we've seen from Uncharted 4? Not too many PC games look better as there are always less people with high end cards compared to the install base a console like PS4 has.
