Gentoo Linux on my home system and workstation at work. Although I'll switch to RHEL 5.1 when I order a new work machine simply because it makes sense to run the OS you most often support. I also have XP installed on my home machine, although I boot to XP very rarely (mostly for Warcraft 3).
