Why in the world would it be a 360 exclusive? That franchise has been exclusive to the playstation brand since the first one.

Star Ocean debuted on the SNES and there was a GBC game as well.

It could go on any platform at this point but considering that Star Ocean The First Departure went to the PSP, I'd say PS3 is the most likely.
