Take Two's shareholders (which are mostly financial speculators as of a few weeks ago) will probably manage to squeeze out a few more dollars per share, and then the deal shall be done.
That's my prediction based on what I read about this. Let's hope they don't destroy the GTA franchise.
approximately 5,000 shares of Take-Two had been tendered in and not withdrawn from the tender offer.
