I voted Nintendo, and giving the framing of the topic you chose I think that's a pretty obvious selection.
The biggest potential business benefit presented at E3 is the Amiibo line. The profit margin and the potential here is way above anything else that was presented at E3. There's already huge potential profits being derived from the Smash Bros. franchise, but if this initiative hits home one can only imagine what Pokemon Amiibo might do.
