Nope you are not. I think in Japan Vita would dominate PS4 cause they aren't gonna buy a PS4 for a game they already had the opportunity to purchase on a popular system.
In the west the last Fabula Nova Crystallis games was rejected on home consoles. I don't think Vita keeps getting JRPGs cause they aren't doing well. I wouldn't be surprised if Vita sales of FFXHD in US are simply low because no one is willing to stock much physical vita anything while the digital sales of the game are probably good.
