Less AA or supersampling(like the LEGO games) or DOF or IQ in general...

They are talking about resolution... And even if they really do that for the Xbox One version to achieve 1080p parity, I believe it is kind of absurd to believe they will do the same on the PS4 version... If they can put more AA/effects in the Ps4, they will do it.
