Actually, it's not.  Lasers and semi-mechanical enemies date back to the series origins, and Link's sword shot lasers in LoZ.  The triforce are Alien artifact originally designed as microchips.  You need to brush up on your LoZ knowledge before bashing.

Loking at the trailer again, it's clear that the enemy seems to be made of rock, and it's so old that vegatation has grew on it. It's like some sort of statue left by the never mentioned but always present ancient inhabitants of Hyrule that knew how to use magic or were technologically very advanced, and yet they dissapeared leaving all those ruins and old temples.
