Pay some devs to get some big 3rd party exclusive on board
Scratch Mario Party 10 for Paper Mario U
Starfox trailer/ small snippet of Starfox at the end
Maybe increase length of the conference to include some 3DS games, like Persona Q, that Level 5 game, more Pokemon Omega/Alpha gameplay.
I'd still give them a 9/10 (A-) for what they did!
