when you have games like Forza and Halo on XB1 targetting 60fps/1080, and games like Driveclub on PS4 targetting 30fps, you'll realise not all games, not all devs ect are the same.
Using Naughty Dog (who are incredibly talented) as a bench mark for everyone else is silly.
Not only that but it's completely unproven anyway.
