The only reason I can think of is the fact that sony sold his square E. shares?? Even that is not a solid reason , Dammmmm!

Square is probably thinking of maximizing profits by releasing Type-0 HD on the next gen consoles while giving next gen console owners fales praise for begin faithfull. And Sony isn't thinking about the vita at all.
