PSVita TV is a PSVita! i mean , it plays PSVita games has the PSVita blank card slot and hooks upto a TV supports a output resolution of 1080i on the TV so it may not have a built in screen , or the touch pad but that is where the DS4 comes in anyway, so the cost being $99.00 is one hell of a price cut in my opinion for a playstation Vita
