It's been confirmed to be running @ 60fps now, too!

On ND's official site, they don't confirm it. They say they are tragetting it.

Then either they're being modest, or Geoff rushed to conclusion(s).

That being said, knowing ND, I don't doubt they'll manage to reach their target. 

Now, the wait for the next trailer is gonna be excruciating.
