To be Sony's big guns during their stage event. I think their fall 2014 lineup may be weak though ... Last of Us and Driveclub might be their big in-house 1-2.

 

I think Sony will leave Morpheus out of this E3 and use the time to talk about PSNOW. But you're probably right about everything else.

I would also include Mortal Kombat X and Mad Max game in your list.  

MK X is as good as confirmed, Mad Max not present on E3 though.

This may be a bit of a stretch but it's now or never for GTA V on next gen consoles and PC.

If it's not announced tonight I don't think it will happen at all.
