i think final fantasy will be showed and kingdom hearts 3. just alot of multiplats as well, microsoft showed 7 - 8 exclusives. I think nintendo with a Zelda U / Metroid U blows all of this away with a nuke to spare.

I doubt that we will see many big surprise from 1st party due to many confirming that they wont be at E3 Guirella,Molicule,Bend but i don't rule out another third party exclusive not counting Beast Souls. Also i believe that Nintendo will win E3 this year.
