Copy the youtube URL ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C7FGPIRJx6I ).
Click the reels icon in the WYSIWYG (between the smiley and spyglass).
Copy the youtube URL into the File/URL bar.
Click inside one of the dimensions boxes; if you did it right the video will appear in the window along with the dimensions (don't edit anything else).
Click the Insert button.
