Why does Watch Dogs help PS4 but do nothing for XB1

Isn't exclusive then, now is it? And before you say it, I have a gaming PC, so no, it doesn't count.

Its exclusive to MS console so therefore console exclusive. Pc market and console market are separate therefore its exclusive. If it were to comeon steam tehn it won't be exclusive as steam console is a console and would have steam game libray. 

Sorry, doesn't count.  It's not console exclusive. :P
