Whilst he seems like an extremely competent executive, I don't think he is especially "likeable". On stage he seems incredibly wooden, and doesn't he change his T-Shirt a lot?
Most likeable, for me at least, would be Shuhei Yoshida by far, he is just extremely likeable. Adam Boyes has his funny moments and seems genuinely passionate about what he does. Mark Cerny is so intelligent he raises the IQ of all around him when he speaks, and Jack Tretton (my least favourite executive on the Sony side) did have that American Jock style confidence about him that was appealing.
Of the Microsoft executives, I can't say much for them. Phil is by FAR the best, but that isn't saying too much when you are comparing him to the likes of Mehdi or the now axed Mattrick. As I said in the beginning, he seems very competent, but he isn't exactly electric on the stage!
