In stores since yesterday in Finland. I was looking for a copy today, failed to find any. Sold out in most places, and many people (outside of gaming communities, too) have stated that this is what they have been waiting for to buy a PS3. Anecdotal, but gives an idea of the general mentality here. I think it might be similar all over Northern Europe and Germany.
