In essence, this thread is more or less a struggle to come up with reasons to dislike Microsoft, because you feel obligated to dislike them.

Perhaps I should have said "substantial". The Nintendo one is really farfetched.

But the one for Microsoft escaped my memory. I thought they gave in and admitted the problem before it came to the worst (they denied it initially).

Even if you said "substantial" it still wouldn't hold true. All of them had numerous "Substantial" class action lawsuits filed against them over the years. My advice, do a simple google search before you make such bold and ultimatly inaccurate claims.
