Why does Watch Dogs help PS4 but do nothing for XB1

I wish that were the case. Sadly I'm not the only one to notice the differences in quality. http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/digitalfoundry-2014-watch-dogs-face-off Lots of of other articles of people doing comparisons  and all pretty much say the same thing. The difference is there and it is noticeable.
