"are you serious thinking it can mantain a rate of almost 10M after 2020 every year?"

Yes.

PS2 has succeeded(50,000,000 after PS3)

Can do it even PS4.

PS3 launch was very twisted and it's first years too, so people still bought the PS2 greatly, + the piracy that was very easy achived with it, so you basically just had to buy the console and don't worry with the money to spend with the games, that was a great system seller, + the casuals that now are at smartphones/mobiles/handhelds.
PS5 probably will be a even better console than PS4 as they still have the PS3 launch fresh in mind and the successful PS4 launch to get the directions, so when the PS5 releases, almost all support will go to it in like 1 or 2 years at max and PS4 will stop selling, so if the PS5 launchs around 2018 (5 years lifespawn, totally possible as Microsoft will try a new console probably in that time to counter the PS4 huge success, so Sony might too) then after 2020 the PS4 will probably won't sell anymore (significantly).
120M seems a better estimate, 170M is just pure crazy, can happen, but I doubt it, if it does achive it almost everyone will be surprised.

I rather think that PS4 will wait to launch PS5.

For me XO resaled in November 2019, and of first week of 2020 they sold less of PS4, and even of DS Fusions, so, Sony wait for X2 being to sell good for launced PS5.
