Why does Watch Dogs help PS4 but do nothing for XB1

Not in mine and not in many others apparently.

As of what's out this very minute, you would have to be a blind specific console fan to not acknowledge that the Wii U has the best exclusives available to purchase today out of the three 8th gen systems.

That is entirely subjective. There are upcoming Wii U games i'm interested in but there isn't a single one already released that I want. So no, it does not.
